Halron Lubricants Announces Acquisition of Perkins Oil Company
Two Large Family Companies Coming Together To Keep Pace With Changing Industry
Green Bay, November 29, 2021 – Today, Halron Lubricants Inc. announces its acquisition of Perkins Oil Company. The first day of Perkins Oil operating as Halron Lubricants – Southern Division will be December 1, 2021. This move combines two large organizations under a single entity. With the trend of consolidation in the lubricant distribution industry the two families decided the time was right to come together. Going forward the joined companies will be known as Halron Lubricants and headquartered in Green Bay, WI.
The combined company will have 5 distribution facilities located in Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, Sparta and Wisconsin Rapids to better serve customers throughout Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.
Mike Halron, Halron CEO, stated “I am thrilled that Rich Perkins and I were able put these two long time family businesses together. The two organizations share very similar cultures and core values. Rich and his management team will be working with the Halron management team to grow the business together.”
