Customer Service Rep
Halron Lubricants Inc., a successful regional lubricant distributor is seeking a customer-orientated service representative. As a CSR you will enter orders, act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our best CSR’s are genuinely excited to help customers. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Do you have the following skill set, if so we want to talk to you?
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Above average computer skills
Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Starting wage $17.00 hr, with full benefit package.
