Hale Pure white mineral oils are colorless, odorless, tasteless mixtures of saturated paraffinic and naphthenic hydrocarbons which meet or exceed FDA 21 CFR 172.878, 178.3620(a) and NF or USP requirements. Hale Pure white mineral oils are available in a broad range of viscosities ranging from 55-550 SUS @ 40°C, are exceptionally suited as ingredients in cosmetic preparations, use in food environments where direct or indirect contact with food may occur, pharmaceutical, (non-sterile excipient applications only and not intended for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient), and in applications where odor and staining must be minimized.
