Extended Description
PURUS® Zinc Free MV AW Hydraulic Oils are designed to give long service in high-output hydraulic systems. These zinc free hydraulic oils are blended using the latest anti-wear additive technology along with very high shear stable VI improver. PURUS® Zinc Free MV AW Hydraulic Oils have a high viscosity index, low pour point for a wider temperature range and provide excellent wear protection, thermal stability and oxidationApplications:
PURUS® Zinc Free MV AW Hydraulic Oils are recommended for use in all applications calling for anti-wear hydraulic oil and meet or exceed the current and former specifications.
Benefits:
Excellent water separation (demulsibility) that facilitates water removal
- Zinc Free wear protection to reduce negative impact of unavoidable water condensation in machinery after shutdown
- Reduce oils consumption and improve equipment protection through outstanding shear and oxidation stability
- Excellent filterability minimized the tendency to cause filter blockage
- Fast air release and antifoam properties minimize pump cavitation in systems with high circulation rates
- Very low viscosity variation and quick start ups thanks to the latest polymer technology that provides excellent low-temp performance and maintains precision of machinery when hot, cold, or under high loads. The VI improver used in these hydraulic oils is highly resistant to mechanical stress, and the “stay in grade” characteristics ensure effective lubrication and long oil life.
